J.P. Morgan. Started in credit derivatives technology and moved from trade processing systems to the desks, building the applications traders used to manage risk.

Quantitative funds. Director at a generational advisory firm, advising the world’s leading quant funds, Two Sigma and Point72 among them, on building out data science talent as a competitive advantage across the most senior levels, with early AI tools she built herself powering the work.

AWS private equity. Led generative AI transformation across the program, shaping the playbook the world’s largest sponsors used to take AI into their portfolios. Data architecture first, then agents in the workflow, from single-company exit preparation to portfolio-wide agentic programs, designed so the value is priced into the exit rather than promised after it. Bain Capital, Blackstone, Vista, Apollo, Thoma Bravo and Silver Lake among the more than two hundred firms the program served.

Product

Amazon Web Services. Product manager at the center of S3 (the cloud’s data backbone) and Bedrock (its platform for building AI), one business staying true to what it was, the other deciding what it would become. Her papers informed decisions at the most senior engineering levels.

Manchester, then Harvard. A first class degree in Computer Science from Manchester, dissertation on decision systems. At Harvard, data science, building case-law applications with techniques like Latent Dirichlet Allocation, before the generative AI breakout.

Go-to-market

Ten years a founder. Built and ran her own companies. An events technology platform for the private sector, expanded into government work with clients including Sir Vince Cable, formerly UK Business Secretary, and a digital agency grown to serve both.

Cornell Tech MBA. Across the Johnson school and Cornell Tech, including international expansion work with Dropbox.

AI infrastructure. Director of platform go-to-market at one of the defining companies of the build-out.
