The fees

Priced before you sign.

People deciding the future of a company are busy. Here is the whole program, what each part costs, and where it can stop.

1The Diagnostic

Four weeks and $60,000, fixed. Scope and deliverable agreed in writing before it begins. The company leaves with its Commercial Identity resolved and the evidence behind it. It stands alone. If the decision is clear, the engagement can end there.

The Diagnostic in detail →

2The Installation

The Installation is scoped to what the Diagnostic finds and priced in writing before it begins. Every company gets the core. The rest depends on how much of the company the identity has to reach, so fees are set by scope, not by menu.

COREThe operating system. Every Installation starts here. The identity goes into the plan, the messaging architecture, the sales narrative, and the AI knowledge layer people and machines execute from, tested against the buyers it has to convince before it ships. One quarter · From $150,000

What the rest adds up to depends on the company, so it is best shown. Three engagements, drawn as composites the way the Situations are. The patterns are real, the companies and the bills are directional.

01A claims technology company, eighteen months from a process. It arrived asking for a sharper equity story. The Diagnostic found a leadership team split between two futures and dissolved the fork with evidence. The Installation carried the decision into the plan, the investor narrative, and the executive materials the process would run on, and the sales system was retold along the way.The bill came to $480,000 across two quarters

02A space company priced like a software company. Mid repositioning, revenue concentrating somewhere the story never looked. The Diagnostic located the advantage in operations the market could not see. The Installation was the core with the public story rebuilt around that advantage, and product and pricing brought in line with it.The bill came to $350,000

03A platform assembled from three acquisitions. Three products, three stories, one logo. The Diagnostic resolved which company it was becoming. The Installation was the core, the market face rebuilt, and the keynote that told the market the decision had been made. The bill came to $340,000

These are examples, and engagements reach well beyond them. Keynotes, launches, whatever the identity has to carry. Every engagement is scoped against the Diagnostic’s findings and priced in writing before it begins.

3Stewardship

Quarterly governance of the system as markets, strategy and technology change. Review, recalibration, and the standing answer to “does this still hold.” Optional, and ongoing only while it earns its place.

Quarterly · From $25,000 a quarter
